Focusing on building muscle and motor control, this class blends strength work with smart movement progressions to develop power, resilience, and mobility. With an emphasis on tempo, time under tension, and movement quality, you’ll get stronger without breaking down. Designed for all ages and fitness levels, from first-timers to seasoned athletes.

Functional Fitness

Functional Fitness builds strength, endurance, and mental toughness, preparing you for the demands of your life. We’ll help you move better, recover faster, and build resilience against injury.

BUSY Fitness

Debuting in July! When you need to sweat but a demanding workday is calling, Busy Fitness is there to get you moving with a great workout. This is a no-barbell class and is suitable for absolute beginners.
