Good Gym was founded by Live Graff with a simple mission: to create a gym where people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities feel welcome and supported.

We believe fitness should be accessible, free from toxic diet culture, and centered around helping people build strength, resilience, and confidence—without the intimidation or exclusivity often found in traditional gym spaces.

At Good Gym, we focus on strength training, functional fitness and mobility. We help our members stay active and capable, improving mobility, flexibility, and rehabilitating both chronic and short term injury. Whether you’re stepping into a gym for the first time or you’ve been training for years, you belong here.
