  • You take care of the cardio, we’ll get you strong! Strength classes involve learning lifts and performing them with intention at tempo - we slow it down so you do it right! This is an excellent class for both experienced strength athletes and absolute beginners - really!

Functional Fitness

  • Functional fitness combines cardio, skills, weights to give you an excellent 60 minute class that keeps you moving towards the strongest, healthiest, fittest version of you!

    Bring clothes that you can move fully in and a water bottle.

BUSY FITNESS

45 Minute Class

Builds Endurance • Boosts Moood

  • Busy Fitness is coming to midday! We’ll start with Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 12pm.

  • Be sure to arrive on time because Busy Fitness waits for no one! We start on time so we can warm up, work out, and get back to work! No barbells, just free weights and cardio.

    Wear comfy clothes that allow you to move through your full range of motion, and bring a water bottle!

YOGA

60 Minute Class
Improves Mobility • Promotes Flexibility • Supports Recovery

  • Yoga is on Sundays at 10am.

  • Our yoga classes are focused on recovery for our members who have been challenging themselves all week! Take the time to stretch, unwind, downregulate, and spend dedicated time paying attention to your body.
