MON/WED/FRI: 9am
TUE/THUR: 6pm
SAT: 11pm

You take care of the cardio, we’ll get you strong! Strength classes involve learning lifts and performing them with intention at tempo - we slow it down so you do it right! This is an excellent class for both experienced strength athletes and absolute beginners - really!

Foundations is a tailored class that brings you up to speed with basic strength and skill movements we use in classes. This is a great venue for anyone wanting a soft landing and a little more time and attention before diving in!
Wear comfy clothes that allow you to move through your full range of motion, and bring a water bottle!
